Our Star of the Week - Professor Uche Ewelukwa Ofodile

Our Star of the Week is Professor Uche Ewelukwa Ofodile. An alumna of the Faculty of Law Unec LLB(1988). She is a lecturer at the University of Arkansas School of law. Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government recently named her a Senior Fellow of the Mossavar- Rahmani Centre for Business and Government 2021-22 academic year.

Professor Ofodile serves on many international bodies. She is on the Editorial Advisory Committee of International Legal Materials, a publication of the American Society of International Law, and currently serves as a book review editor for The Law & Practice of International Courts and Tribunals. She is an active member of the American Bar Association Section of International law and has served the organization in numerous leadership positions including as co-chair of the International Investment and Development Committee, co-chair of the Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility, and vice-chair of the International Intellectual Property Committee. Professor Ofodile has also served as the Secretary General of the African Society of International Law.
